Players choosing our server decide to spend time together, help each other and have fun on this small island. In order to ensure all of the previously mentioned things and to be honest with ourselves, these regulations were created, which define the rights and privileges of each player.
The appointed server crew will keep order both in the game and on the forum, stopping unwanted actions through various penalties. The following regulations apply to the server, forum and Discord.

1. Account, characters
    1.1 Nicknames *
        1.1.1 It is forbidden to create nicks that contain indecent, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist or insulting words in any language.
        1.1.2 It is forbidden to create nicks consisting of random, inappropriate, nonsense characters.
        1.1.3 It is forbidden to create nicknames imitating other players, administration.
    1.2 Account Security
        1.2.1 The player is responsible for account security.
        1.2.2 The administration is not responsible if the player has not secured the account properly.
        1.2.3 Account sharing is allowed, but the account holder is fully responsible for the account, account actions, account situations, and character situations on the account.

2. The game world
    2.1 Messages
        2.1.1 It is forbidden to send messages containing words that are indecent, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, insulting in any language; Statements may contain obscene words, but use common sense.
        2.1.2 It is forbidden to send messages repeatedly or repeatedly - this also applies to messages not related to the topic (spam, flood, etc.)
        2.1.3 It is forbidden to send messages that explicitly advertise other servers. An ad containing a link, server data, prompting to play on it. Talking about servers along with giving the name is not prohibited.
        2.1.4 It is forbidden to send messages containing fake, false information about the server or its crew and players.
    2.2 Existence
        2.2.1 It is forbidden to use bugs for personal gain - if you find a bug, please report it to the administration by sending a message using "CTRL + Z" or on Discord in a private message or in the "bugs" channel.
        2.2.2 It is forbidden to block NPC, quests, narrow passages, respawns etc. If there is PvP in the area - see PvP section.
        2.2.3 It is allowed to block the player (the so-called "trap").
        2.2.4 Unauthorized theft or attempted theft of another player's account.
        2.2.5 Prohibited selling, buying, offering to sell, offering to buy items, houses, points, characters, etc. for real money or items on other servers / games.
    2.3 Player vs Player (PvP)
        2.3.1 There are PvP zones on the server in which the player can fight with other players.
        2.3.2 It is forbidden to fight outside the zones intended for this, the exception is the fight with a player with a Red Skull or Black Skull.
        2.3.3 Blocking hunting grounds, narrow passages, NPC, quests, etc. is allowed only if the blocking character is possible to kill by another player who wants to unlock the item and the blocker is not MC.
    2.4 Cottages
        2.4.1 It is forbidden to have more than 1 house per person.
        2.4.2 Houses whose owners have not logged in within 14 days are automatically cleaned.
    2.5 Crashes and bugs
        2.5.1 The administration is not responsible for items lost in the event of a server crash.
        2.5.2 The administration will try to return the item lost in the event of an error or a crash, if it is possible.

3. External programs
    3.1 Multi Client (MC)
        3.1.1 It is allowed to have a maximum of 3 logged in characters at the same time.
        3.1.2 It is forbidden to have more than 1 character logged in at the place of the event, server raid, PvP. MC can hunt together.
        3.1.3 In the event that the main character cannot be identified, the main player character becomes the character who has played the most, has the highest level, etc.
        3.1.4 It is forbidden to use MC for any help of other, own character, eg by PvP healing, blocking help, etc. All characters must be separated from each other.
    3.2 General
        3.2.1 Prohibited attempt to attack or attack the server, players etc. through the use of external programs.
        3.2.2 Gaining experience, items, etc. without the player's immediate control:
            3.2.2.1 Xyla - Prohibited at all times.
            3.2.2.2 Fixera - allowed only if the player has control over the character. **
        3.2.3 Penalties for breaking points 3.2.2, 3.2.3:
            3.2.4.1 For the Fixera server: 3-day ban (first offense), 7-day ban (second offense), 14-day ban (third offense), 30-day ban (fourth offense), perm ban / character removal (subsequent offense). ***
            3.2.4.2 For Xyla server: perm ban or character deletion.
        3.2.4 Violation of the above rules is verified with the anti-AFK system, with the help of the Gamemaster, by the administration or, in special cases, after the analysis of the recording.
        3.2.5 The player has 15 seconds to react in the event of a human control and 90 seconds in the event of a system control.

4. Administration
    4.1 Server administration
        4.1.1 Does not help with quests, teleports, item distribution etc. unless it is a bug or an event.
        4.1.2 The player has the right to appeal against the decision of administration up to 3 days from the imposition of the penalty, using evidence of your innocence (screenshots or copies of conversations are not considered evidence).
        4.1.3 The use of false information, evidence, etc. will immediately result in the disadvantage of the user using false data.
        4.1.4 Does not engage in trading, arguments, etc. between players unless this is the result of error.
    4.2 Gamemaster
        4.2.1 The Gamemaster is the person chosen by the administration to check the afk players on the bot.
        4.2.2 It is forbidden to help players in any way by the Gamemaster.
        4.2.3 It is forbidden to use the Gamemaster position in any way that would benefit any player or third party.

5. Server support
    5.1 Payment to the server is voluntary.
    5.2 There is no refund option.
    5.3 The administration is not responsible for incorrectly entering data.

6. General
    6.1 It is forbidden to share private, personal, etc. information about the server crew, players, third parties.

7. Regulations
    7.1 In the event that the regulations are missing any issue, use case, etc., the decision is made by the administration.
    7.2 The administration reserves the right to change the regulations at any time, but with notification of the changes.
    7.3 Accounts, characters, etc. are owned by the server and its administrators.
    7.4 Breaking or even attempting to break the above rules may lead to temporary blocking of characters or accounts in the form of reprimands, bans or imprisonment. In some cases, it is allowed to modify the player's belongings, items in the depot or house, skills, skills, without any compensation. The server crew has the full right to determine the severity of the offense and individually adjust the penalty, and the penalty imposed by the crew is immediate.

* The name refers to the name of the character, guild, discord nickname, forum nickname etc. Invalid characters are special characters like!,?, *, $,% Etc.
** Taking control of a character is a situation where a player has the opportunity to respond to verification, another player's message, etc., and it is not controlled by an external program.
*** They expire after one year, so subsequent offenses are recalculated.
